We despatch within 14 days.
Allow up to at least 25 days for delivery from Cambodia.
We are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Daughters of Cambodia, PO Box 1219, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, 12000.
Our policy lasts 30 days. Please get in touch with us (firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to 30 days following delivery if you wish for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have expired, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase to be included in the parcel.
To return your product, please mail your product to: Daughters of Cambodia, PO Box 1219, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, 12000.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. Please be patient, as we ship from our production facility in Cambodia.
If you are shipping items over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as there's a risk that when posting to Cambodia, we may not receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the outcome of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
