Returns


We hope that you love everything you buy from Daughters of Cambodia. However, in the event that you need to return an item, our returns period lasts 30 days from receipt of the item. If more than 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you have any questions about returning an item, you are most welcome to contact us at office@daughtersofcambodia.org.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND

Your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with original labelling attached. An order number must be provided. Please allow up to five working days for refunds to be processed. Your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the outcome of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

Your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with original labelling attached. An order number must be provided. We will do our best to exchange your item for a different size or style, however please be aware that your requested item may not be available. In this case, you will be offered a refund or credit note.

RETURN SHIPPING

To arrange a return for your item, please contact us at marketing@daughtersofcambodia.org to notify our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Our return address is: Daughters of Cambodia, PO Box 1219, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, 12000.  
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary. Please be patient, as we ship from our production facility in Cambodia. 

If you are shipping items over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as there's a risk that when posting to Cambodia, we may not receive your returned item.
